1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile application Stackd – Block Puzzle Game (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App is a casual block puzzle game. Users place shapes on a grid to complete rows or columns and earn points. The App is generally available free of charge.
3. Advertising
The App may display advertisements, for example banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional and may provide in-game benefits.
- Advertising helps finance the free availability of the App.
- Users can decide whether to interact with optional rewarded advertisements.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, for example for coins, unlocks, or other additional content. Such purchases are voluntary and processed through the relevant app store provider.
Availability, pricing, and presentation of purchasable content may change over time where reasonable.
5. Eligibility
The App is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. Where required by local law, minors may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or manipulate the App,
- use automated systems such as bots, scripts, or macros to influence gameplay or scores,
- exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
In the event of violations, we may take reasonable measures, including limiting access to certain features.
7. Availability and Updates
We aim to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical problems may lead to temporary interruptions.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App where this is reasonable for users.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider, where legally permissible.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business developments.
